Refund & Replacement
Policy

Because I make each bottle by hand and use only natural ingredients, returns and refunds are not accepted.

No Returns:

 

This oil is a personal care item, and for hygiene reasons, I don’t accept returns once the product is delivered.

 

Damaged or Leaked Product?

 

If your product arrives damaged, I’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Here’s what you need to do:

 

  1. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Send clear photos/videos of:

     

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging and shipping label

 

Once I review and verify the issue, I’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Note: Replacements are only issued for orders with valid proof of damage and are subject to approval.
